From Russian Anzacs in Australian History:

[...] in April [1916] the Mongolia brought ten Russians from South Australia, among them five Ossetians from the Port Pirie smelters who had joined up together in October 1915 — Soltanoff, Gasieff, Mamsuroff, Dezantoff, and Tolparoff.

[...] Three of the remaining Ossetians from Port Pirie who enlisted together were among the casualties [at Villers-Bretonneux]: Moss Malsag Mamsuroff was killed, Alexei Tolparoff was taken prisoner, and Bekza Boris Dezantoff was wounded.

From Roger Freeman,  Hurcombe's Hungry Half Hundred:

Private Gilbert Jacob's letter: 'It is fine to get back and see some of the old boys again. There was ce bon Tolparoff and Steve A and Scotty Gordon, my oldest pal...' (p.124)
