Argonaut Refund Policy

We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind.

We are most happy to refund all or part of your subscription should our service have a persistent technical faulty.

We are happy to transfer all or part of your dial-up subscription to an ADSL account should you decide to upgrade to Broadband through us.

We will allow a transfer of your dial-up account to a friend or relation, if you no longer want it. On the condition that the friend or relation acts in a lawful and appropriate manner and does not abuse the service.

We are also prepared to freeze an account for up to three months so that unused time is not lost. Access to your email account remains available during the period your account is frozen. If the account is attracting large quantities of Spam and the mailbox remains unread for 90 days or more, then the unused email account may be deleted. Please note that we offer a free and efficient Spam filter.
